Limited to a maximum of just 70 people, this world-first facility gives you the chance to watch the Little penguins waddling along the Penguin Parade’s most popular pathway. Enjoy up-close viewing of the Little penguins in their natural habitat through an underground viewing window, with the comfort and convenience of being indoors, undercover and out of the elements.

The Penguins arrive at sunset, and this is an outdoor, all weather event.
We suggest you bring warm clothes and a raincoat if rain is forecast.

There is strictly no photography or filming after sunset.
Please practice physical distancing and wearing a face mask when required whilst visiting our sites. Maintain good hygiene and stay at home if unwell. Only Credit card and touchless transactions available onsite – cash is not accepted.
You can see penguins all year round, regardless of the weather.
We suggest you check the forecast before coming as the viewing areas are outdoors and not covered.
